Passion is what fuels your need to keep going, keep improving, keep engaging and most importantly keep focused on your website. If you don't have passion it's very easy to just give up, and call it a day and we don't want to see you do that.
If you are not 100% passionate about what you want to do and where you want to be this may simply not be for you.
You need a team!
