Tips & Tricks for your 1 Week Website form submissions

Please note: All prices are subject to VAT of 20%, if you require additional assistance for filling out the forms, there will be an additional charge.  

Stage 1: Fill out the form

Once the full bill has been paid, we’ll send you a link to your new website. There you will be able to send us your content in the way of a form. Which will then be emailed to us and we’ll add the content for you, once we receive it. 

Stage 2: Adding the content

Now that you’ve filled out the required form, we will add the content for you, this usually takes between 4-5 hours once we’ve got everything you require.

Stage 3: Launch

Yep, you guessed it, within a week of paying your bill, your sparkly new website will be done. 


Step 1: Basic Info.

The first few questions are quite simple really, this is asking you for a hero image that will be displayed on the very top of the front page this should be no bigger than 1800 x 1000 with a DPI of 72. The next two boxes will be asking for your calls to action, this will be your message to the visitor.  (est time for completion 5-15mins)

Step 2: Home Page Content

Once you’ve finished adding the Banner image and Calls to action, you will then move onto adding your content which includes the first heading, introduction image and the introduction text. For this image, we recommend no bigger than 500 pixels with the same DPI at 72 (est time for completion 15-45mins)

Once you’ve picked the option you want you will then need to fill out the relevant information, for example, if you pick the Parallax option you will need to give us an image and fill out the headings (est time for completion 15-30mins)


Can you come and help us to do the initial website form?

We charge £50 per hour to come out and visit you, (we also have a petrol charge as well at £0.45p per mile All prices are subject to VAT @ 20%)

How do I add content to the form?

Simply hover over the box, click on it and add the content you need… It’s really that simple. The most form should take it 1 hour for you to complete. But it will be worth the effort in the long run to have an awesome looking website that you can Wow your clients with.

Where do the images go?

Once we’ve finished adding the content to your website, and everything has been checked, we’ll hand control over to you by giving you an “Editor” account. Where you’ll be able to make unlimited revisions to the content, if you need us to make any future changes there could potentially be an additional charge for the work required.

Once you’ve uploaded them, all of the images you upload will be sent to our DropBox account and not stored directly on the webserver (Due to security reasons…)

How do I add content to the form?

We’d recommend adding your logo in the highest possible size resolution or emailing it to us in a vector format so we can make it look amazing on your new website.

What happens after the launch? Monthly Maintenance

Like our bespoke solutions, monthly maintenance begins from £22 (P/M) Plus VAT @ 20%… This will include monthly backups & updates. We also strongly recommend you look at purchase an SSL Certificate when you buy the domain for additional security benefits they start from £40 + VAT @ 20%.

How much does monthly maintenance cost?

Maintenance prices start from £22 + VAT and will include a full site backup, Plugin updates and SEO report.
